Handle inbound and/or outbound calls on behalf of the assigned client
Communicate with customers in English in a clear, professional, and friendly manner
Follow client scripts, procedures, and communication guidelines
Schedule appointments, follow up with customers, and update calendars
Accurately enter call results, notes, and customer data into the client’s systems
Resolve basic customer inquiries and escalate complex issues when necessary
Maintain high standards of call quality, professionalism, and confidentiality
Represent the client’s brand and values in every interaction.

High level of spoken and written English (Advanced / Fluent)
Previous experience in a call center, customer support, or sales role is an advantage
Clear speaking voice and strong communication skills
Ability to work with calendars and online tools
High level of responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail
Willingness to work non-standard or flexible hours aligned with US/UK time zones
Ability to work full-time from the office.
